Shooting at Stars
"Aim for the moon, and you will land among the stars, " said a wise but disillusioned man who thinks the stars are closer than the moon.
The summer of 2011 would have to be the craziest summer I’ve ever had in my entire life. Juggling two majors, two internships and two big projects while constantly dishing out new designs would sound like ludacris to my previous batchmates, most of whom have already graduated ahead of me.
It’s a strange thing when you realize that you’re the only one left. Then again, for me it was a feeling of promise, the start of a new chapter in my life.
Shooting at Stars is the introduction to that chapter. Once again, I’m again trying out new things, but now, I know exactly which direction I’m headed. I’m still far from where I want to be, but I no longer gauge my progress based on my distance from the finish line.
I just believe that every shot I take just brings me closer to the stars.
